Shipping and Return Policy
We usually ship orders within one or two business days. Maple syrup is delicate as well as heavy. Generally we ship by US postal service Priority Mail. For heavier packages we use FEDEX or UPS.
Orders for maple syrup can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. For orders shipping outside the continental US, contact us for a quote on the shipping cost.
We take pride in making high quality maple syrup. We want it to be easy and enjoyable for you to order from us. It rarely happens that a package is lost or damaged on its way to you. If you have trouble with a package, please contact us right away and we will replace it.
Because Maple Syrup is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns.
